Formspring 4/24

  1. Awww, thank you so much! I don't wear contacts or anything, that's just the color they are.
  2. Hiii, thank you! Wow, that's some pretty deep stuff! Let me try to channel my inner psychologist here. Now, based on the limited amount of detail I've been given, I can't give you a fully fledged answer, but I'll do my best with what I've been given.

It sounds like you put far too much weight into what people think of you. You get so stressed out in these situations because you have an intense desire to win over the favor of others. However, you must keep in mind that any decent person out there won't be so judgmental of you (that is, unless you act like a jerk or something and deserve it, but I'll assume that isn't the case). The people who are quick to judge are not the ones worth having as friends. Don't worry so much about trying to impress people, as it may cause you to try too hard, which can be potentially off-putting to some. As long as you have decent manners and are able to carry a conversation, you shouldn't have any trouble in social situations. The people that are worth having as friends are not going to be difficult to make friends with, as long as you... (prepare for the words you've probably heard a million times)...relax and be yourself!
  3. Yep! It's fun, and I plan to play it more.
  4. I'm 5'2''. I stopped growing when I was 12 or so.
  5. I'm just too good. I'd have to start charging.
  6. Thank you! I say anything that I feel like saying at the time. I don't rehearse or anything like that, which is why it's often just nonsense. Heck yeah I like cookies! I just ate one a few minutes ago.
  7. Hiii! I do like the series, but I haven't actually spent much time playing it. I've spent more time watching friends play them. However, I plan to go through most of the series eventually.
    • The only one I play currently is the ocarina. I have a small collection of them, and I'm always wanting to buy more.
      • I met them a couple years ago while I was working at Play N Trade. They would shop for games there, as well as borrow some games to use as review copies for episodes. I got to know them better over time, and they felt that I would be a good fit for the show, so they invited me to come be a part of it. I know they just wanted to have a chick on the show, though. ;)
      • I don't think anything happened to it, as far as I know. Well, they did release a sequel called Left 4 Dead 2 at one point.
      • It's been so long since I've played them that I don't recall what my favorite was. However, I do remember I Hate Mountains being particularly memorable.
        • I have not. Sadly, I have yet to leave North America. I've only been around the US and to Canada.
          • He's most likely not being serious. He usually only gives sarcastic answers if it's something that he's been asked a million times already.
            • I'm so busy that I rarely ever even have the time to visit my close friends anymore, let alone have meet ups. However, if you happen to be in the area while an event happens that I plan to attend (and there are always lots of those here), then sure! We can do a little meet-up there.
              • Why, thank you! Yes, people have told me that throughout my life, but since my hair is so long, straightening it is a huge chore. I usually only do it once every few months, for special occasions and such. I actually prefer my hair to be wavy, though, so it makes me kinda sad that everyone else likes it better straight. :P
                • Austin has already played it. I probably will eventually.
                  • I'm really not sure! I generally try my best to treat people the way I want to be treated, so nothing horrible is coming to mind at the moment.
                    • I just used the Formspring applet that you embed in a page. Under settings, click Goodies, and you'll find it there.
                      • You mean in person? I've had a couple different people recognize me, and each of them pretty much just verified that it was me and then said they were fans. That's about it. I dunno what other people would do, though. *cowers in fear*
                      • Sure! But only if you present to me a pet komodo dragon.
                      • Videos get views when they offer something that makes people interested in checking out the video and sharing it. It has to have something unique to offer. Whether it's a display of talent, something funny, something informative, or whatever else, the key is to make it stand out in some way. That's the best way to increase the odds.
                      • I typically only check the blogs of friends or people involved with things that I'm interested in. I don't really make a habit of checking tons of them. I can take a look if you want.
